I purchased a helicopter flight from ALPHA helicopters or my boyfriend and I for his birthday in June. I scheduled this flight about 4 months in advance yet I had to call them to find out my flight had been cancelled. I had less than 3 days cancellation notice. I offered to drive to another location for our scheduled flight but they said it would be months before I could even schedule a relacement flight! There is NO customer service phone number! The only number online was the sales office who suggested I send another e-mail. I am still waiting for a phone call or email response pertaining to my refund! Don't make the mistake I did and use this company to assist in a surprise for your loved one, it won't happen! Now I'm left scrambling to make new plans, thanks!!!!!! 1283c5b
