Written by Melissa Eastham on May 17, 2011 from mt. laurel, new jersey, US Hi- I was very happy to purchase a Groupon with Alpha Helicopter- unfortunately, your company never called me to tell me that you would be unable to honor the Groupon because your helicopter was down. I booked a reservation 5 weeks in advance of this date and received no call of cancellation or to reschedule. I called to confirm (24 hours before my boyfriends birthday), and I am now disappointed and left with little regret (or concern) from Alpha that I am now out of $200 because Groupon expects your company to honor YOUR deal- unfortunately, you won't. I live in DC and am in town for 4 days. I am now left to figure out what to do on my boyfriends birthday- your company did NOT care, had NO concern, and did NOT try to rectify this situation. I am highly disappointed with your company and would not recommend this to ANYONE. |
