We purchased a helicopter ride from Alpha Helicopters LLC Sarasota Fl for our son's 13th birthday. We called and made a reservation for 27th Feb at 3pm, we were told to be 15min early. We arrived at 2:30 and waited for an hour until the pilot showed when he arrived there were another customer waiting their appt was at 3:30. He could not find our name on the list however he did have the other couples, he told "he would give them their tour and when he got back he would try to figure something out for us" we said we had already be their an hour and we were not going to wait any longer. We then called Alpha and spoke to a manager, he wanted us to schedule another time with the same pilot we said "no thanks" now we are in the process of trying to get our money back. Bottom line horrible customer service. 1283e06

They cancelled the flight one day before the flight date. Ruined my daughters birthday surprise. Their suggestion was to drive 3 hours to fly out of a different location. Bad customer service.
